Processing times are promises with asterisks. Here is what actually happens:
- Turkey: minutes to 24 hours for most nationalities. Apply 48 hours before travel anyway.
- Vietnam: 3 to 5 working days, no exceptions. Nobody sells real express processing, whatever the ads say.
- India: 2 to 5 business days, and you must apply at least 4 days before arrival.
- Saudi Arabia: often within 24 hours.
- Kenya (eTA): 2 to 5 business days.

The pattern: e-visa timelines are set by the immigration department, not by whoever takes your money. A filing service cannot speed up Vietnam. What a good one can do is catch the photo error or the wrong entry port that would have cost you a rejection and a second 5-day wait. Sources: U.S. State Department VisaPack runs that pre-submission check for $9.99 one-time per destination: documents, photo, and form reviewed before anything goes to the government.
E-visa processing times are estimates, not promises; apply with buffer, especially in peak season.
